· After receiving the order notification, since each piece of work is handmade, we will ship it from Guangzhou, China to your country and region within 2-4 days. All the logistics information provided is accurate. You can check the logistics progress at any time.
· Due to raw material issues, a very small number of styles of crystals may be out of stock. For the out-of-stock styles, we will promptly remove the products from the store. If you have already purchased and find that the product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss a replacement. If you do not accept the replacement, the order fee will be refunded to you in full.
· We only produce natural crystals and support re-inspection by authoritative institutions. Apart from high-priced pure crystals and counterfeit products, each natural crystal will have natural growth marks, such as clouds, black spots, cracks, and pits, which are all normal phenomena and do not constitute a quality issue. We hope that those who like natural products can be more tolerant of these natural marks. Those who are not comfortable should be cautious when bidding.
· The default hand circumference is 15-17 cm. If you need to change the hand circumference for delivery, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Modifying the hand circumference requires an additional fee. The specific fee needs to be referred to the product material.
· After receiving the crystals, we recommend that you avoid bumps, chemical corrosion, and wearing them in extreme environments.
·All the product images were taken using the original camera of an iPhone under natural indoor light. There was no makeup effect, no filters, and no lighting adjustments. All products are shot in real life.
